Shipping & Delivery

• Island wide Delivery Available.
• We are Delivering the items throw Courier Services.
• Customer Should Paid the Delivery Charge when the item Receiving. (Courier Charge Rs.350 Upwards depend on the item weight)
• Delivery going to Take 1 to 3 days depend on your Location.
• Once the item is ready to Delivery, we will send the Courier Tracking ID to Your Email or Mobile Number.

Product Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 7 days of purchase back to the company under the following circumstances;

• Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If there is a physical damage at the acceptance of the product, the product should be returned within 24 hours.

• If the product does not function up to the expected standard under normal working conditions. customers should return the products within 7 days of purchase.

• Please Note- Printers, Laptops, Printer Cartridges, Printer Toners are Not Returnable. These mentioned items Cannot Return under any circumstances.

• Return Delivery Chargers Should paid by the Customer. (We are not accepting any unpaid Courier packages)

• Original item Packaging and all the accessories need for accepting the return.

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by IDEAL COMPUTERS. Further processing back to your credit card / bank account may require additional time depending on the bank / institution for which IDEAL COMPUTERS cannot be held liable.
